Lauana – honey 1 kg
NOK 380
Description
Lauana is a village in Ermera, East Timor and this coffee is honey-processed – a cross between berry dry and washed coffee. Before the berry is dried, the pulp is removed, but a thin membrane is left behind. This gives the bean a natural sweetness, while using less water than fully washed coffee.
The coffee is imported in collaboration with the non-profit organization Raw Material. In Trondheim, we work with Jacobsen & Svart to roast the coffee beans.
