Give Christmas a touch of sustainability and fair trade with our specialty coffee from the village of Koileki in the Ermera region. A bag of Christmas coffee is a perfect gift! This berry-dried coffee is grown high in the mountains (1400-1600 m above sea level) under natural and ecological conditions ? East Timor is known as the world's largest area for exclusively organic coffee production. Ripe coffee berries are hand-picked and dried in the sun to preserve their unique flavor profile.

When you buy our Christmas coffee, you contribute directly to development projects in East Timor. As much as NOK 50 per bag sold goes to initiatives that strengthen the living conditions of coffee farmers, while at the same time we work for a sustainable and fair coffee industry.

Tasting notes:

This coffee has flavor notes of baked apple, raisin and brown sugar, and is lightly roasted.
