Description

This is a washed coffee from Parami, Ermera, East Timor. The coffee was harvested in 2021, but still tastes good and the vast majority of us will greatly appreciate this coffee.

This coffee is imported in collaboration with the non-profit organization Raw Material. In Trondheim, we work with Jacobsen & Svart to roast the coffee beans. When you buy a pack of coffee, 1/3 of the purchase price goes to development projects in East Timor.

The coffee has flavor notes of raspberry, plum and honey, and is medium roasted.
