Support the cooperative with equipment!

Konfiansa's newly established cooperative will in a few months start the production of the coffee we will drink for the winter. However, they have never produced coffee of good quality, and thus need better equipment.

CCALMA, the cooperative's name, is currently looking for three machines to remove the pulp from the coffee bean. These are machines that are absolutely essential for producing good quality coffee.

The machine removes the pulp without requiring a lot of water.

Konfiansa wants to work with farmers who have not previously had the capacity to produce high-quality coffee (and thus a higher price). These are often the poorest farmers, and those who to the greatest extent need an extra hand. The area in Maubisse where the farmers in CCALMA live is, on the other hand, a good starting point for producing good coffee, but better equipment and knowledge is required.

Through the cooperative, the farmers will have the opportunity to sell coffee for a good price, around twice as high as they would otherwise be able to sell it for. In addition, all profits from Konfiansa go back to the local community.
